Ball

Sadie is obsessed. Everything is "ball, ball, ball...". She has had the BEST time this week at school playing in the gym.

She was so excited about her fun week she had to call all her friends while sitting on her basketball.

Summer School

We started back to a school this week. Since its "summer school" we get to do a lot of playing. Sadie has just started really loving the indoor playground.

We ended the school week with a lunch at Mimi's with Jules.

Summer Swimming

Last week Sadie went "swimming" with B & K at Jules' house. I think she liked it. What do you think?!

 

I see lots of time spent in this pool this summer.

Beach Dreamin'

There is no place I love to vacation more than the beach. I have grown up vacationing on the Alabama beaches and I would have it no other way. Josh loves the beach too so every year we dream of going. Last year we were able to take Sadie for the first time and it was wonderful. This year it has been up in the air as to whether or not we would be able to go. We both want to go so bad we can't stand it. We have talked a lot about it and decided we'd try really hard to make it work. I started sewing more over the last few weeks to make some extra money to go towards our trip. I made Sadie a few samples too. :) Here are some of the things I've been working on...

We went ahead and booked a condo and have started saving. So far so good! :) We are so thankful at even the possibility of getting to go. Yay! I should probably get back to sewing!

Friday with Friends

When I saw the weather forecast today I knew a trip to the zoo was a must. Upper 70's and sunny. Yes, please! I asked my friend Jill if she and her girls wanted to come. She decided to just bring Amelia and leave sweet Sydney at home with a sitter. Amelia is so sweet and good to Sadie. We had the best time with our friends.
